Within Charnock Bates not only do we ensure that all the correct marketing tools are in place to assist our clients but we are also able to support this with the correct balance of staff offering different skills in order to meet the needs of all clients.
With Leanne, Kerry and Sarah we have three members of staff whose service when added together provides in excess of 30 years' employment with Charnock Bates. As a result of this these three members of staff are able to provide a variety of duties including valuations, photography, production of our sales brochures and corporate brochure, and constantly dealing with offers and sales progression. Carolyn, Jean and Charlotte offer invaluable support dealing with viewings, offers and sales progression and all of whom again offer substantial experience working within the property industry and for Charnock Bates.
Lydia provides us all with very important support by managing the whole of our administration, whether it be by constantly managing the diary of the office, invoicing or the arranging of energy performance certificates etc. Finally, Rachel has just joined us with the challenging task of becoming a trainee Chartered Surveyor.
