Based at our Halifax office, Richard brings over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property, having advised both private and corporate clients across Yorkshire. His deep local knowledge and calm, considered approach make him a trusted contact for both new and existing clients looking for clarity and confidence when preparing to sell.
Richard joins a highly experienced team including Leanne Barlow, Senior Residential Valuer with 23 years’ experience, Ben Waites, Director and AssocRICS MNAEA with over 30 years’ expertise, and Lisa Frost, Sales Manager, with 27 years’ experience in the industry. With a BSc in Psychology and over a decade of experience in content strategy, PR, and brand storytelling, Alice specialises in writing bespoke, lifestyle-led property marketing that goes beyond features and square footage. Her work helps buyers emotionally connect with your home — and understand what makes it truly special.
“Alongside laying out key features, property marketing should communicate the things you can’t learn from photos,” Alice explains. “That’s why I ask vendors about their favourite aspects of living in the home. From watching deer wander across the lawn each morning, to enjoying music in the acoustics of a converted chapel, it’s my job to draw those stories out and bring them to life.”
